Would anyone have any information about how to initiate spouse quests? I have been married to Regina for a a little over a season, but am unsure how to start her spouse quest. Do I need to wait longer, or is there something in particular I need to be doing? Thank you!...

I've done all the community upgrades awhile back and am now looking to get these achievements about blackmailing the mayor, only I cannot get it to trigger. Does anyone know what other requirements for getting it to trigger are? Time and place? I've tried going into his house in the morning and at night and nothing....

So I got it to trigger once, and I didn't save the game to get the other achievement. I went back and I went to their house after 8pm multiple times and waited and won't let me in the house. I thought maybe I accidentally saved but that's not the case because she's still at 3 stars....
